Available now Lean v1 can return this problem.

Meaning

The resource does not exist, or the route is not available yet.

Likely causes

• A wrong item id, preset id or job id.
• A job older than a day; job records are deleted with their files.
• A route or method from the full v1 contract that lean v1 does not serve yet. The detail says so.
• No scenes under the cloud ceiling cover the tile or the process box in the time window.

Fix

Check the id, for example by searching for the item first. For missing scenes, widen the time window or raise the cloud ceiling. For a route that is not available yet, see the API reference for what lean v1 serves.
