Landsat 7 Level-1
Coming later Landsat 7 ETM+ Collection 2 Level-1: top-of-atmosphere reflectance and brightness temperature, with the 15 m panchromatic band and both thermal gain settings.
Schema v1 defines this collection, but lean v1 does not serve it yet. Requests for it answer 404 unknown-collection. GET /v1/collections will list it once it is live.
