Landsat 8-9 Level-1
Coming later Landsat 8 and 9 Collection 2 Level-1: top-of-atmosphere reflectance and brightness temperature. It has the bands Level-2 leaves out: the 15 m panchromatic band 8, cirrus band 9 and thermal band 11.
Schema v1 defines this collection, but lean v1 does not serve it yet. Requests for it answer 404 unknown-collection. GET /v1/collections will list it once it is live.
